We refer to the earlier announcements dated 17 September 2025, 10 November 2025, 25 November 2025, 5 December 2025, 24 December 2025 and 29 December 2025 in relation to the Subscription. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that 66,666,000 new Daythree Shares issued pursuant to the Subscription, were listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Tuesday, 30 December 2025, which marks the completion of the Subscription.
