We refer to the earlier announcements dated 17 September 2025, 10 November 2025, 25 November 2025 and 5 December 2025 in relation to the Subscription. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the conditions precedent of the Subscription Agreement has been fulfilled on 23 December 2025, and the Subscription Agreement has turned unconditional on even date.
