The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposed Subscription.

We refer to the earlier announcements dated 17 September 2025 and 10 November 2025 in relation to the Proposed Subscription.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") had, vide its letter dated 25 November 2025, resolved to approve the listing of and quotation for 66,666,000 Subscription Shares, representing 11.11% of the total number of issued Daythree Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Subscription, subject to the following conditions:-

i. Daythree and UOBKH must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities ("Listing Requirements") pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Subscription, including compliance with the public security holding spread requirement pursuant to Paragraph 8.02(1) of the Listing Requirements;

ii. UOBKH to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of Proposed Subscription;

iii. UOBKH to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities' approval once the Proposed Subscription is completed; and

iv. UOBKH to furnish Bursa Securities with a certified true copy of the resolution passed by the shareholders in general meeting approving the Proposed Subscription prior to the issuance of the Subscription Shares.
